Ensure that the device being replaced has been successfully backed up recently to the cloud or a computer.

Perform the initial device setup on first startup.

Restore the device from the previously saved backup from the cloud or computer, if available.

Manually transfer up to 50GB of data to your new device if restoring from a backup is not available.

Add the device to your existing wireless network.

Help create and configure an app store account and install up to 3 selected apps.

Adjust system and power settings according to your preference.
