Transferring your data
We’ll back up or transfer your data** to one medium or device (including DVDs, NAS, hard drive, etc.). You will need to supply the backup device unless you opt for a cloud-based backup service.***

Data Backup or Transfer with Hard Drive.
Purchase this optional service and we’ll provide a hard drive for you, in order to back up or transfer your data. Talk to your Techlocity.store Agent for pricing and further details.

Keeping it organized.
We will make sure the data maintains the same folder structure as the previous location. (For example, documents will go into the My Documents folder.)

Finishing touches.
We’ll install and configure included or built-in software for any external hard drive, and we’ll help you set up a data backup schedule that fits your needs.

*This service does not include network device setup or managing file names or tags.

**If you need to back up or transfer more than 9.4 GB to DVD, you’ll also need to purchase an add-on service to handle the extra data. Talk to your Techlocity.store Agent for pricing and further details.

***Please note that this is a drop-off service, so it will not be performed while you wait. A Techlocity.store Agent will provide an estimated pickup date when you drop off your devices.
